Jesus Christ and His Great Commission
“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Matthew 28:18-20 ESV.
God has called me to start this ministry to seek and walk with baby Christians of all ages to learn more about the Christian walk. A Baby Christian is just an endearing way of referencing newly converted Christians of all ages. Just wait until you hear the milk and solid food metaphors. I’m here to mentor new disciples of Christ. I pray that Holy Spirit works with me to help those who are studying the bible. I want to help those who have questions (and doubts).
The Lord has humbled me enough to admit that I don’t know everything, but with the help of the Holy Spirit, I will walk with you to find answers through prayer and reading God’s word. I am humble enough to admit I don’t know when I don’t know, but I am always eager to journey with you to find the answers.
I’m not a substitute for prayer or bible study. Prayer is the ultimate way to talk to God, and reading the bible is the fastest way to hear God’s voice. Which leads to my first two faith lessons.
Faith Lesson #1: Pray often and without ceasing.
Faith Lesson #2: Read the bible once a day at a minimum.
My ultimate purpose is to glorify God by obeying Jesus’s Great Commission which is to make disciples out of all nations just Jesus urge his disciples.
